Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides nice rooms, though a bit small on the second third floor. It tries to cater to all your needs and succeeds most of the time. The location is friendly and just great, being next to the wonderful Palas complex where you can find plenty of restaurants and the mall. The dining experience in the Tirol restaurant was diverse with very good food, but below expectations. Service by the marketing manager was fantastic, with helpful and friendly staff doing their job very well.
When I arrived, the room didn't seem to match the price point at first, and it was quite hot, but it had a nice shower and an amazing view. The service, despite being overwhelmed with clients, was quick to react and consistently professional, polite, and welcoming. The location was lovely, with two pools and two Jacuzzis that were surprisingly uncrowded, enhancing the experience. The dining, although not up to my usual standards for a 4-star hotel, had some good options and overall was enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
The hotel is situated at the corener of the main street of Sinaia, offering a nice view of the city and the mountains. The rooms are cosy, clean, and comfortable, with a decent size balcony providing a wonderful view. The service was commendable with staff going the extra mile, though there were slight delays upon check-in. The location is excellent for exploring the area but lacks nearby parking options. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety of choices. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers nice views, comfortable beds, excellent SPA facilities, and a magnificent breakfast. However, the rooms are a bit on the smaller size, especially when traveling with two small children. Overall, it didn't fully meet the expected price point, but they were very big and comfy.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a nice setup and an amazing view over the town, but they were very small and not as clean as I expected. The service, especially from the restaurant staff, was professional and always went the extra mile. The location was quite close to the city center with beautiful swimming pools, but it was disappointing that some facilities were only open during weekends. The dining experience was excellent with a rich buffet, although the fries were not as crispy as I like.
My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and enjoyable. The room had a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the main street and mountains, which was just breathtaking. However, the absence of air conditioning made it a bit warm at times. The spacious room was nicely designed and offered an incredible view in the morning, which I absolutely loved. Overall, a great choice for families with kids.
The hotel was very nice, large and clean with all the facilities, offering a great view over the Prahova valley. The rooms were comfortable with excellent SPA facilities and a magnificent breakfast. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, and the location could have been more convenient.
The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with nice city and mountain views, although a bit more light could enhance the atmosphere. The service is professional and eager to please, though some areas may need improvement. The location is great with customer-oriented staff, but some amenities are limited. The dining experience is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and lovely surroundings.
The hotel is centrally located in Sinaia, which is convenient, but it's a bit of a drawback that you can't stop directly at the main entrance. The rooms are modern and clean, providing a warm and intimate atmosphere. The service was top-notch, from the professional and eager-to-please staff members to the accommodating assistance for late check-out. The dining options were somewhat lacking in healthier choices, yet the facilities overall met expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony of the main street and mountains. They were amazing and had everything I needed, plus the view from the balcony was simply delightful. The room was very clean, well equipped, and offered a great view over the Prahova valley. The service was kind and helpful, always open to accommodate our needs. The location was bustling on weekends but peaceful during the week, right in the center of Sinaia. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of food choices available. The facilities were top-notch.
