The hotel provides nice rooms, though a bit small on the second third floor. It tries to cater to all your needs and succeeds most of the time. The location is friendly and just great, being next to the wonderful Palas complex where you can find plenty of restaurants and the mall. The dining experience in the Tirol restaurant was diverse with very good food, but below expectations. Service by the marketing manager was fantastic, with helpful and friendly staff doing their job very well.

My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and enjoyable. The room had a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the main street and mountains, which was just breathtaking.
